When live sharing is active, your position is stored on the server for 72 hours, then automatically deleted. You can also delete it at any time from your history.

SafetyRide isn’t a product built by a big company harvesting your data to resell it. It’s the work of a single developer, based in the French Alps, passionate about cycling, hiking and the mountains. The idea came from a simple need: being able to reassure the people close to you during an outing, without a clunky setup or an account to create. Just a map, live location sharing, and the tools you actually need to practice outdoor sports safely.
